Shawn took a lot of time explaining the job, going over the quote with us
and giving us information on his company. The whole process was completely
pressure free. Every time I contacted him with further questions about the
job, he answered very quickly and pleasantly. I research any contractors we
hire very carefully, and I was very impressed with Pyramid Roofing. The roof
came out beautiful, all the workers were friendly and professional and the
price was unbeatable. My only regret is the Shawn doesn't offer all my
remodeling needs, as I would seriously never hire a different contractor
again.

with Better Business Bureau. Says what he does. Does what he says. No hidden
surprises or "extra costs" Work done quickly and professionally. Workers are
professional, and clean up after themselves. Best Long term leak and product
warranties.

Shawn called me within minutes of my submitting my request. He provided a
great mid-range quote for a small job, and showed as much enthusiasm and
persistence in getting the job as I would imagine he shows for much bigger
jobs. He and his team completed the work very quickly after we accepted the
quote, and the work was beautifully done with a thorough cleanup. He has a
warranty that is tough to beat as well.

Fantastic experience! Shawn was very professional and courteous. The price
was very competitive. The quality of the work was very good! In fact, we
have four skylights in our back room. They leaked before Pyramid put the
roof on. The skylights continued to leak after Pyramid put the roof on. We
called Shawn and told him of our problem and within a couple of hours he had
workers over to access the problem. It was discovered that the skylights
themselves were leaking - not the roof. But, Shawn had his men fix the seal
on the skylights at a very minimal cost [just materials] - within hours!
Shawn honors his promise of no leaks!

Pyramid roofing is a great contractor. Their price was the most competitive
of several, and the work was done with professionalism. The owner was
willing to make a last-minute change in my selection of shingles, and was
prompt in having them available for our previously scheduled work day.

Professional, responsive, and they were in and out in a day. The roof looks
terrific. The warranty is good. And they are very reasonably priced. Great
experience with this company. I am happy that my wife and I went through
servicemagic, because I would probably not have thought of checking out
contractors in Manchester, when I live in Nashua , but I received two
contractors off servicemagic and two locally on my own (checking
references), both off servicemagic were very reasonably priced, but I liked
Pyramids options better. Out of the other two local ones 1 was outrageously
priced the other was a no show on the estimate. Pyramid A+ !
